Return Policy
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. You may return most new, unopened items except for Incense Sticks and Cones, Scented Oils, and Perfumed Oils within 30 days of delivery for a full refund shipping included. If the customer received the wrong item, we would issue a return label to retrieve the package, and we will send the customer a replacement if the item is available. Otherwise, we will issue a refund. And, If the product arrives broken, please contact us right away. We will need proof (a photo) of the damaged item. So, we may place a claim with the delivery provider.
If the customer wants to return the product because they are not satisfied with the purchase, they are responsible for the shipping cost.
Finally, If the customer wishes to return an item, please Contact Us with the order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to accept your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days).
