We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. You may return most new, unopened items except for Incense Sticks and Cones, Scented Oils, and Perfumed Oils within 30 days of delivery for a full refund shipping included. If the customer received the wrong item, we would issue a return label to retrieve the package, and we will send the customer a replacement if the item is available. Otherwise, we will issue a refund. And, If the product arrives broken, please contact us right away. We will need proof (a photo) of the damaged item. So, we may place a claim with the delivery provider.
If the customer wants to return the product because they are not satisfied with the purchase, they are responsible for the shipping cost.
